Industrial Control TransformersCheck Out

The Industrial Control Panel Transformers are designed with very low temperature rise, excellent voltage regulation and extreme overload capacity of high momentary in-rush current demand by the contactors, relays and solenoids. The output voltage drop under high momentary in-rush current is also very low, which ensures satisfactory operation of contactors, relays and solenoids.

UL and CUL Agency Files
UL and CUL have issued the following reference (file) numbers for our construction approvals received for all our standard designs and over 500 custom designs.

UL CUL certified

Smaller transformers are supplied with one metal washer and two rubber pads, for power ratings up to 800VA. Larger transformers are typically supplied with an epoxy potted center with a hole for mounting.  Other mounting options are available:

Enclosures
The above transformers can be ordered mounted inside a NEMA enclosure with or without fuse, receptacle and line cord with plug.

Vertical Mounting
When vertical mounting of the transformer is required we recommend using our Omega or L- brackets. Learn more at our Mounting and Hardware section.

Caution - If you choose to apply your own mounting solution, remember that it is important that our transformer be mounted in such a way that the mounting screw and the metal chassis will not form a closed loop through the center and thereby create a shorted turn on the transformer.
