Our 4 Proven Steps for Prototype Success:
STEP 1: Design
Our Engineers will work with you to determine the best design for your application. Being located in Maryland allows easy and reliable contact to our Engineers during your work day. With decades of experience, our Engineers are equipped and ready to offer their knowledge to assist you in designing your prototype.
STEP 2: Review The Specs
You will promptly receive our proposed data sheet with your specifications for you to review along with pricing for both your prototype and production orders. Our Engineers are always available to answer questions or make changes to your specifications if needed. Once the specifications are approved by you, we can begin the manufacturing process.
STEP 3: Receive Your Prototype
During the manufacturing process, you will be kept up to date on the progress of your prototype. We understand that our customers need to keep their projects moving and work to get every prototype out the door in less than 2 weeks. Once finished and approved by Engineering and Quality, your prototype will be shipped and a tracking number will be sent to you.
STEP 4: Follow Up
We will follow up to be sure your prototype arrived as expected and will be available to answer any questions as you evaluate your prototype. Our Sales, Engineering and Quality departments are always available if needed. If the prototype does not meet your specifications, your money will be refunded and a new prototype will be issued to you at no cost.
